 | Upon finishing his university studies at the
Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, Fabian Stoffers was
awarded an
honors degree. Before opening his own practice, he already
gained experience in his previous positions as freelance bar lecturer
for labor & employment law (Hemmer review courses
Frankfurt/Trier) and as an associate at Jones Day, a Cleveland based
international law firm. Fabian Stoffers
is a German accredited specialist attorney for labor &
employment law (Fachanwalt
für Arbeitsrecht).
In order to obtain accreditation, he was required to prove particular
theorectical knowledge and practical experience, particularly 100 cases
from the field of labor & employment law (with at least 50 of
these
cases being either court cases or other formal proceedings). The number
of cases tried by Fabian Stoffers has now exceeded this minimum
requirement by far.
In order to remain accredited as specialist attorney, Fabian Stoffers
regularly attends CLE courses, whereby he voluntarily attends more than
the 10 hours prescribed pursuant to Section 15 of the Accredited
Specialist Attorneys Rules (Fachanwaltsordnung),

Continuing his professional development, Fabian Stoffers has
particularly focused on labor & employment. He offers legal
advice/draft agreements in German and in English language as well.
